Each of the remaining three guest rooms is very spacious, with floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors giving them a bright, open feeling. All rooms have air-conditioning, central ceiling fans to aid natural ventilation, and have mosquito screens on all opening windows.

Externally, the large swimming pool is the central focus. This has extensive terraces to one side and a large sala with dining table and chairs at one end. From here the sound of the waves on the nearby beach make a delightful backdrop.

At the entrance of the villa there is a water-garden feature to either side of the pathway, plus covered parking for two cars, with further space for another two within the confines of the electrically-operated gates.

This is a wonderful family-oriented villa and a great place for entertaining, being offered at a fantastic and reasonable price.

Neighborhood Facts: The beach of Layan at the Northern end of Bang Tao Bay is one of the most unspoilt and beautiful areas in Phuket and is just across the road from this villa.

Within a five-minute drive the facilities within Laguna can be accessed, including banks, cafes, bars, a wide selection of renowned restaurants offering both Thai and International cuisine, supermarkets with international brands, and the newly renovated Laguna 18-hole golf course.

Patong's nightlife, shopping malls and cinemas can be accessed within a 30 minute drive, as can the Central Festival Shopping Mall and Phuket Town.

The airport is around a 25 minute drive away.
